Privacy notice

The short version: we collect only what you send us through the contact form, we use it only to answer you, and we do not run advertising or cross-site tracking. The details follow.

Who we are

Ozymind SRL, enterprise number BE 1024.105.709, registered in Brussels, Belgium, is the controller for personal data processed through this website. You can reach us at info@ozymind.com.

What we collect, and why

When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, optional phone number and message you provide. We use them to respond to your enquiry and to follow up on it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering people who write to us (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f)).

Like any website, our infrastructure also processes basic technical data (such as IP addresses) to deliver pages securely and to protect the contact form against abuse. This is based on our legitimate interest in running and securing the site.

Who processes it for us

The site is hosted and delivered by Cloudflare, which also provides the Turnstile anti-abuse check on the contact form. Contact form messages are delivered to us by a transactional email provider. These providers act as processors and may process data outside the European Economic Area under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone else.

Analytics and cookies

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not profile visitors across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep contact enquiries only as long as needed to handle your message and any follow-up that comes from it. If an enquiry leads to a business relationship, the related correspondence is kept as part of that relationship.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, ask us to restrict processing, object to it, or ask for a portable copy. Write to info@ozymind.com and we will respond. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority at dataprotectionauthority.be.
